I fell pretty hard and was in severe pain in my shoulder. I visited my family doctor and was prescribed pain medication. I tried acupuncture, massage therapy and several other things to relieve the pain, but the pain was still there. My last hope was to try physical therapy and was recommended to Dr. Richter's office. From the minute I walked in the door, staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. It felt more like a family home than a doctor's office! After treatment, Dr. Richter has not only made the condition I was coming for better, but other ailments were also eliminated such as chronic headaches, neck stiffness, and leg cramps. Dr. Richter took his time to thoroughly review my report, including my X-rays, and carefully walked me through everything involving my back, upper shoulders, and neck. He explained the bones, muscles, and ligaments in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The shockwave treatment was amazing, and I really enjoyed the laser therapy that followed. Amazing, knowledgeable and friendly chiropractor! I was on vacation visiting family in Corona and happened to experience very severe pain in my shoulder. I was able to get an immediate, same day appointment with Dr. Richter. Their staff and expertise made me feel so comfortable and Dr. Richter was able to do a full consult and exam to assess what was going on with my shoulder. This also included x-rays, which many chiropractors don't do where I'm from. He really went above and beyond to help me. I am so thankful for Dr. Richter and their staff.

I woke up one morning with severe neck pain that began to travel to my left shoulder. I tried everything to calm it, ice, meds, stretching. Nothing worked.
